Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, and tracking is included.

What are your processing and shipping times?
Processing: 1 to 2 business days after you order.
Delivery: 6 to 9 business days after that.
Most orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of being placed.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give it up to 48 hours to start updating. A tracking number that shows nothing on the first day is normal.
If you haven’t received one, or it isn’t working, just contact us and we’ll fix it. You can also track any order at [rosy-tanks]/apps/track123.

Unexpected delays
Sometimes a parcel takes longer than the times above. Carrier volumes, weather and holidays can all play a part. If yours is taking too long, contact us and we’ll chase it down for you.

Something arrived damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn’t there?
Email us at support@rosy-tanks.com within 7 days for damage (photos of the package and contents help), or within 14 days if it’s missing. We’ll make it right.
