60-Day Risk-Free Trial
We stand behind the Rosy Hug Tank. Try it on at home, and if it’s not right for you, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on items that are brand new: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Please try your tank on over a top or underwear before removing any tags.

Before You Return
Please email us at support@rosy-tanks.com before sending anything back. Most returns come down to sizing, and we can often sort that out with a quick exchange. If a return is still the right answer, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email support@rosy-tanks.com with your order number and the size or colour you’d like. Items must be unworn with tags attached, and we’ll take care of the swap.
Free Gifts
Free gifts are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rosy-tanks.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery at support@rosy-tanks.com. We will arrange the return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Shipping Delays
We do not issue refunds for shipping delays, as these are outside of our control once an order has been dispatched. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll track it down for you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. All refunds are issued in USD, and any foreign currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return or Refund
- Email support@rosy-tanks.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll reply within 1 business day.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack your items unworn, with tags on, in their original packaging, and drop them off.
